Not sure if you could ever figure out the maker, especially without a sole shot. Those look like late 80s early 90s.

Are you trying to figure out the maker so you can punch him for making those shoes?

That's good - I just don't have a smoking jacket to go with them or the attitude.

Might not be good enough. The reason people want shots of the sole is because the nail pattern is usually a pretty good guide to who the maker is, so the sole shot needs to show that fairly well.
