Just saw some C&Js at IFC Lane Crawford: black Audley, brown Drummond, black Dartmouth and a HG model that I don't recognize. They are going for $700, only 10% off with VIP card. Go check out.

If it is in HKD, wouldn't that be around $90 USD for a pair? For an upscale store in a fairly upscale mall? That seems very odd. But maybe in this economy? But if that is the case....Pretty please on the Proxy!

i think he left out a '0', making it 7000HKD... but thats about 50% overpriced relative to US counterparts...

but srsly 700 HKD buys you a brooks brothers tie. it doesn't even buy you a burberry or a rubbish 2 fold-versace silk tie.

NO way its going ot buy you a pair of shoes, especially in Lane Crawford at that.

too bad i'm not in HK to verify.

Just went to IFC LC and checked C&J. The clerk told me it is first time LC carries C&J, only 4 models of shoes and one boot. It is not on sale, HK$ 4,500-5,000 sth. But very limited model of JL and Church's are 30% off. will check if other LC carries C&J.

I am new here. Can someone share info on C&J sales in Northampton this year? Do they have a summer sale or annual sale at the factory store? Thanks.

LC's product pricing and choices are quite disappointing as of late. They do carry more "SF-approved" brands these days including CJ, Yuketen, EG etc, but other than that it really not worth a visit, maybe during final sale I guess.

The C&Js in LC has been renegaded into an obscure location on the bottom of a shelf at foot level. On top of the same shelf are a bunch of Maganannis. I guess HK$2500 shoes sells much better than HK$5000 shoes

+ it appears there is a bigger market for "flashier" shoes than conservative shoes... specially at LC.
