Here you go, 4 pages of F+B boots and shoes. 745s and the Elfs are all under $400. The rest of the laced up boots don't go above $450.

yea I found that website, the 745s are $398, so I wouldn't really consider that under 400. I might consider upping my budget, but $300 was at the high end of what I wanted to spend, with $250 being ideal.
