Brooks Brothers Luxury Dress Shirts: Are They Worth the Money?

Just a bit of an update regarding the luxury shirt offerings of BB, some are now made in Egypt alongside those made in the USA. They feel nice but like others say it's tough to spend full-price when sales are frequent. I do like that they include mother-of-pearl as a standard button on their shirts. To me, if I am going to pay the regular price of admission I'd just stick with Proper Cloth, where the shirt will not only feel right but also fits right.

I like the fits of the Milano Luxury Dress Shirts. The Thomas Mason fabric is really nice and really different from their mainline fabric.

Their MOP buttons though are pathetic ... I think they're either 1 or 1.5mm, which is pretty bad for a 168 US dollar dress shirt made in Egypt... So I just bought a bunch of 3mm MOP buttons on Amazon and switch them out myself. Highly recommend people to do this, as it significantly upgrades a 50 USD shirt to look more like a 150 USD shirt.
