I dated a hot 32 year old when I was 24, and I looked 16. It's not that difficult

You cant always look at things in theory. Not all women think like that. You cant quantify chemistry. Things just tend to happen. A young guy can impress a lady with his career plans; no need to be established. Screw age; if he is mature, good looking and charming he'll go a long way.
