Bright Blue Blazer

I bought this jacket a Brooks Brothers... it's the first time I've ventured into anything in a colour like this and have no idea what to wear with it.. most of my clothes are earthy colours.. I tried on a bunch of what I have already and nothing seems to really go well so I need to buy some things.. I really like this jacket, the colour in real life is awesome.. it's 100% (brushed?) cotton.. it's not that coarser cloth you see in a lot of summer stuff made with..it's very smooth fine cloth.. it almost looks like suede or moleskin at a distance..

anyway, I was hoping to get some suggestions here.. everything from shirt to shoes..

Khakis or light gray trou, pale blue shirt, knit tie.

white or off white jeans, brown loafers, pale blue shirt or blue-white stripped shirt, personally would use without tie
