I'm about your size and live in Europe. The clothes I get most compliments with are:
Incredible as it may sound, The basic H&M shirts, their jackets are also great because they are fitted and short, they sometimes have periods when they sell better quality items for short periods, so check often.
all the Uniqlo in XS can be bought with eyes closed.
Fred Perry polo shirts un XS are also great.
Next shirts in 14.5/37 are also great.
You can also find good things in the 16 years aisle, and they're cheaper...
