Borrelli Shirt - Size/Fit Confusion

Is there a resident Borrelli expert? Perhaps someone here can assist. I picked up 15 or so BNWT recent Borrelli shirts from a liquidation sale and am attempting to figure out detailed sizing based on their tags. I would hate to open them all up to ascertain detailed measurements. I've pasted in a quick table I created from the tags and have attached photos of the tags as well.
