At that price you should be looking at Paul Smith. You should also probably post this in Streetwear and Denim. Not sure what size you are but for expensive shoes like that in the $200 range you could check ebay for the aforementioned Paul Smith or the Buying and Selling sections of Styleforum (SW&D and MC) or Superfuture.
