Just out of curiosity why do you need one of these tests?
Curiosity mostly. I'd be interested in knowing how much energy my body needs.
I know you've asked questions about caloric intake and such before. Didn't know if you thought something was wrong.

In some people it can be useful to know. One of my friends found out he had a thyroid condition and after we tested him and his RMR was really low. Went to the doctor and got diagnosed.
Isn't that incredibly rare? Fat people always blame their thyroids.
