Size 9 E. These have been tried on indoors once. As the photos show, they're pretty much perfect. They'll be delivered in a shoe box, but unfortunately not the original one. Shoe trees not included. Pediwear has them at £475.
£300 includes 1st class in the UK. Add £15 for standard international delivery to the US. If you're elsewhere or want a different type of postage, let me know and we can work out the price. Alternatively, if anyone wants to pick up in person (central London) we could arrange that - I'd knock off £5.
