I get why they do it - less noise at cruising speeds, better fuel economy. That made sense for the M3, which still pretends to be practical, but to me not for the Z4Ms.

I was at my local BMW dealer this morning dropping of my car for some regular service and took a minute to look at the new Z4. I must say it looks great.

I had the exact same experience a few months ago. Hadn't really been following the new models and wasn't aware of the update; looked amazing.

Glad to see some appreciation for the Z3. Here is mine, my second MCoupe...an S54 with a few modifications. Definitely never been mistaken for a hairdresser in it.

I always felt this goes even more for the Z3. I only ever saw bleach blonded 55-year old women driving them 15 years ago. The Z4 appeals more to me due to its larger size and more masculine shape. I'm talking about the roadster though. The coupe is the ****.

But pay me no mind, I've only owned one car ('86 Ford Scorpio 2.0 GL*).

Well, that is because it looks sick as all hell on those wheels.

saw a lady driving the current M3 coupe, trying to park at the department store yesterday. It was in the red color, which I have not seen many of, as far as E92 M3's go. I still contend that the M3 coupe is a great women's car.

I've driven one, a close friend owned one for years. A fine automobile. Wouldn't want one in any color but black though.

I just can't find anything appealing about that car - the bulbous front with droopy eyes, or the cut off back with the weird hump?

Right now, none of the roadsters are all that great looking imo. Maybe Tata will actually finally bring the f-type out.

This is actually true. I've certainly never had trouble getting a girl in mine, I'm sure most other guys that drive them have the same experience.
