Starting today, we are introducing Blue Owl Workshop point (BOW point) system. With each purchase of $100 or more, you earn BOW points to be used towards future purchases with us. Here are the rules:

"¢\tA purchase of $100 or more earns 10 points, with 10 more points earned with additional $100 increment. For example, a purchase between $100 to $199.99 earns 10 points, $200 to $299.90 earns 20 points, $200 to $399.99 earns 30 points, and so on.
"¢\t1 point equals $ 1.00 redeemable towards future purchases.
"¢\tBOW points are not transferrable and not exchangeable for cash.
"¢\tBOW points cannot be applied towards the purchase of items discounted greater than 30% off.
"¢\tBOW points cannot be applied towards sales tax or services (e.g., shipping cost, chain stitching services).

Although the program officially starts today, we apply the BOW point system retroactively with respect to your previous February 2010 and March 2010 purchases. If you have questions about the system or about your current BOW points, please email us.

To claim BOW points, please make a purchase on-line and send me an email and say you want to use BOW points. We will apply the BOW points towards the purchase!

Best, Jay

I'm a fan of this kind of reward system, similar in a way to Context's. Seems like some brands (sugarcane, apc, etc) dont like their stuff being discounted, but this seems like a fair way to reward loyal customers while not dicking over brands

You nailed it! We have been trying to come up with something to reward our customers and keeping our brands happy.
