Hello, I'm from Perú and I was looking for an addecuate forum to ask this.
I'm a newbie in this matter, bought 2 or 3 years ago these "leather blue shoes". I'm not sure about the type of leather and how should I take care of them. Some days ago I asked to a shoe store employee and told me to use Dubbin wax, I bought the wax but I'm not really sure I should use it. Could you please give me some advice?

Does the surface feel like velvet? If so, they may be nubuck, which is like a very fine suede.

You don't have to do anything, really. If you really want, you can treat them to a waterproofing spray. This way, if something splashes on the leather -- say, rain or some kind of sauce -- it won't stain. I use Allen Edmonds' waterproofing spray, although you can also find similar products from Saphir, Jason Markk, and Tarrago.

Other than that, you can buy a nubuck brush. Amazon and The Hanger Project sell them. Use the brush to knock out any dirt and "fluff" up the nap. A suede eraser and Saphir's Omni'Nettoyant shampoo can also be used for a slightly deeper clean.

There's a thread on here dedicated to shoe care. You may find some useful info there if you search for "nubuck." You can also post questions. Lots of well-informed members here who can help you.

Thank you very much.
Most of the surface is very soft to the touch and the color changes a little bit depending of the direction. The front and the back are the harder parts.
I'll take a look at the thread, there is a little stain in one of the shoes that I want to clean.

Yes, that sounds like nubuck. The nap looks very fine. The color change you see is a result of the fibers going back and forth.

Regarding the stain, try using a nubuck brush first. If that doesn't work, you can gently wash it with Saphir's Omni'Nettoyant shampoo.
