I'd lose the vest and go for snuff suede wingtips.

Wingtips always look great with the more casual appearance of herringbone. I think you could dress it up a bit too with some dark brown wholecuts to give it a sleek look. I have a black and white herringbone suit and I wear my C&J Alex's with it and it looks great.

That suit actually cries out for shoes a colonial barrister would wear.
