-Ray Lamontagne has a fantastic album out ("Gossip in the Grain"). -Autolux "In Transit" (if they release it this year...) -Thrice Vol. 3&4 of the "Alchemy Index" was pretty damn solid but needs to be realized as a complete collection. Biggest disappointment: Eagles of Death Metal. I got a copy of 3-song demo months ago and I guess they decided to put only the good songs on the album on it.

Thank God! I've really enjoyed Lust Lust Lust from the Raveonettes. The sound isn't particularly varied, but what it embodies appeals to me much.

No emo? Who doesn't love Sunny Day?

These haven't been mentioned yet or if they were, I missed it:

-Portishead's Third
-Passion Pit's Chunk of Change
-**** Button's Street Horrrsing
-Girl Talk's Feed the Animals
-Of Montreal's Skeletal Lamping
-Black Kids' Partie Traumatic

EDIT: I just noticed that I passed the 1k post mark long ago. Kind of depressing, as I didn't think I spent that much time on here.

You're wrong. This album makes me regret the O.M. concerts and money I spent in the past.

I'm agreeing with the Skeletal Lamping hate. Didn't come close to living up to Hissing Fauna. Back to Outback Steakhouse guys.
