Best Cotton Blazers for a muscular 5'9 guy?

I've been searching for a nice casual, cotton blazer that I can wear with jeans and have yet to find a brand that fits my 5'9 and 180 pound frame. So far, I've tried french connection, urban outfitters, and Flippa K. Depsite having the style I'm looking for, I find all of them to fit too tight in the lat/armpit/back area. If I get a size up, the sleeves will be too long as well as the length of the blazer.

Are there any brands out there that are cut for average height guys with muscular builds (it seems that all of the stylish blazers are cut for tall and skinny guys these days)? I like the idea of going MTM but what keeps me away is the cost (my budget is under $200).
