BB, BR boot questions

I'm looking for a simple boot I can wear in winter, rubber/composite sole.

I normally wouldn't think of BB for shoes, but they advertise these chelsea boots as full grain leather. Has anyone seen these in person? (Looks like a rubber laminate over a leather sole, but can't tell if it's glued or sewn.) Any chance they'd be decent quality?

Anyone know if these BB "calvery" chukka boots full or corrected grain? It's the smooth leather version, not the pebble grain.

Or do I just hold out for a pair of RM Williams.

Thanks Doc, that's what I suspected...
