****, that TOJ looks Great. Gerry it's from B&S IRC.

As for rap, r&b ant the like. It's all pretty terrible. Does no one else listen to proper techno, older disco, and older deep house?

This is going back a few posts - the MUJI store is pretty cool. Probably not as well done for clothes as Uniqlo.
Did pick up some white sneakers for cheap tho and their homewares are pretty cool.

I picked up few staffs from MUJI while in Bangkok . looks good for how much I paid -actual quality is $hit however. I bought some nice 100% wool scarves. First day wearing went to office took my jacket off and realized bloody wool peeled every where on my jacket and all over my jumper. Spent 20 minutes with sticky tape to clean up !

Was it NM who was interested in the Nike "Liberty print" floral sneakers?

These aren't quite the same (they're Blazers, rather than Roshes) but are Liberty print:

Nike Blazer QS floral pack.

I have no problem with anyone listening to and liking rap/hip-hop, or techno for that matter.

However, I personally have no particular interest in either idiom, as I see both as being musically formless. Hip-hop would certainly be of interest to anyone who likes poetry, or who appreciates the black subculture which stands behind it. Musically though, it's completely boring, and intentionally so. The music is only there as a kind of click-track to the lyrical content.

Similarly with techno. It's just digitally generated rhythms, almost universally set at 120bpm, incorporating waves of tension and release designed to excite people on packed dance-floors who've consumed a lot of "E". If you're not on a dance-floor and have no "E" on board, it's bland and annoying - especially at 120 decibels.

My personal interest is for music with formal structure - Western classical, jazz and well-constructed pop all spring to mind. Some might argue that most jazz has no structure, but that would only be because they can't discern the structural underpinnings (i.e. the "chart") behind extended improvisations. When those underpinnings are removed, as in "free jazz", it becomes boring to me.

There are, of course, exceptions. And this is just my personal listening preference. As always, YMMV.

Uniqlo, LE canvas, CT and TM Lewin.

Agree, with the exception of LE Canvas. LE Canvas button-down collars are too small and flimsy. LE's mainline "tailored" cut has much better button-down collars.

Uniqlo button-down collars have become shorter in recent years, too.

I don't have any Kamakura myself, but a friend has a few and they're very nice, with fantastic button-down collars. Jason (Henry Carter) has a few Kamakura shirts, too, and you can often see them in his tie photos.
