Anyone that works in dockalnds melbourne use a local drycleaner/drop off to get shirts laundered?
For some reason, there arent many dry cleaners around and theyre charging some big prices for the service.

Sam moved out of Docklands, didn't he? He used to be good.

I know, I'm talking myself into buying one on a daily basis - most reasonable quality versions seem to be around that $17-18K mark.
There has been 2 posted on the fb group since you first asked and both have been snapped up pretty quick. Maybe make a peremptive post amount to see if anyone has one for sale

I just picked up a bunch of boxes back out of storage and realised it's time for a clearout / things to go to homes that will find more love and attention.

They're mostly shoes, size 8UK/9US or thereabouts. Some Carminas, some C&J, and some EG. I'll post more updates when soon.

PSA

TFC are launching a MTM program with Zing Chen. Starting promotion is $1750 for a suit +$500 for extra trousers. Spoke to Joe, he said the suits will be hand made in house style the same as Zing Chen bespoke just without basted fittings etc.

Ive been trying to convince him to reschedule his Melbourne visit to coincide with mine in mid nov. Anyone interested in Melbourne want to help out and ask him only for an appointment on the weekend of the 17th would be appreciated ;)

Speaking of green Rolexes, a friend of mine has a yellow gold President with deep green dial and matching green leather strap. Exquisite, I must admit - despite being a well-known Rolex realist.*

*i.e. I don't gum up my undies when the word is mentioned. For the record, I do own one Rolex.

A new Buy, Swap, Sell group dedicated to Australian welted dress shoes and boots went live yesterday.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/144224536230005/

Already there are about 60 members and about five shoes for sale. If you guys are looking to offload or pick up some nice shoes I reckon it's worth getting behind.
