Are Tyrwhitt shoes made in England?

I just got these http://www.ctshirts.co.uk/productMSB...&level3=Formal from CT and I am quite pleased given what I paid. However, while the website states made in Northants, nowhere in the shoe itself does it say "made in England." Is something up or am I just being paranoid?

From reading previous threads, I believe CT shoes were made by Loake as recently as this year. However, I seem to recall reading that Loake is no longer their manufacturer. Someone more knowledgeable than I should be along directly to give a more definitive answer.

Edit: Doc Holliday has always been fast on the draw. "Say when".

I think that's an abbreviation for Northampshire, which is the home of English footwear.

So, do you think this is why there is no "made in England" stamp in the shoes?

I don't think it's a recent change, is it? My Loakes, from the first batch, have the made in England stamp on the sole. Wonder what's going on, or if it's just an oversight.

My Charles Tyrwhitt whole cuts from this season have made in England stamped on the bottom, so I am going to go out on a limb and see yes.
