If I have more than 3 craft beers I can almost certainly be assured of superb bowel movement the next day. But not diarrhea.

Butt, you may have stumbled into something here, a correlation

Yeast is a natural laxative. This is what you have to do to avoid the effect. Make sure the bottles are chilled for at least a couple days before you drink them. This will allow the yeast to settle out to the bottom of the bottle. Second, never drink from the bottle. The constant tipping back and forth shakes the yeast up. Always drink them from a glass and pour very slowly. Leave the last half inch of beer in the bottle. This should work wonders for you guys.

Don't drink Hefeweizens [the pouring style involves rolling/swirling the bottle to gather all the yeast] or any other live beers [those with live yeast added after the brewing process is completed.]

Hah. True! I guess I don't seem to mind it much. It's never given me the runs but it will certainly help digestion.

I hate most 'craft' 'micro' beer. On the other hand, I also like ****** light beer like Modelo and Budweiser.

I have never had that trouble with craft beer though if I drink the likes of Miller High Life, Yuengling, Budweiser, etc the squirts are inevitable.
