Not me; I wear a size 7.5 US, and that's with a generous amount of wriggle-room for my toes.

Ummm, those shoes are a lot closer to a 7-7.5. I wear an 8C and those boots are shorter than a close fitting pair of tapered toe oxfords I own...

Perhaps it's a disgruntled ex-wife selling her husband's possessions

4" width is a little too narrow for me. I think my feet are just 4", and to stuff a 4" wide foot into a 4" wide boot sounds uncomfortable.
