That's pretty sick. I would like to point out, however, that a LAN party is typically between hosts on the same network, therefore the state of your internet connection is irrelevant. (you're welcome)

Thx. Actually I didn't know that, although I suppose if the connection to the Internet was bridged rather than routed it would qualify under LAN Party guidelines.

I'm just saying that despite Mars like conditions, as long as you've got a connection to the 'Net you're still smiling. I'm really hoping the first manned spacecraft to Mars has a WiFi hotspot somewhere on board. The astronauts deserve it.

Amazing that this was the weather Roald Amundsen, Robert Scott, Shackleton, etc had to endure. At least they had Pemmican, so it wasn't all bad.
