Riccardo Bestetti, formally a bespoke boot and shoemaker recently added a few RTW shoes to his collection. All shoes are made exactly the same as his bespoke; same leather, same handwork.... albeit on a standard last.

nb. in the last two photos, the nose of the shoe appears large, due to the zoom setting I was using to try and capture the sides of the waist.

Very nice; thanks for the post. I'm not always a huge fan of loafers but I really like the ones in the second pic.

Any ideas on price range?

Bestetti is listed in the comprehensive links thread:

VENDITA VIA URBANO III N. 4 20100 MILANO TELEFONO 00390289423492 FAX 0039024982218

LABORATORIO VIA RONCAGLIA 14 20146 MILANO TELEFONO/FAX 0039024982218

He probably got some of his training in Texas since he produces some authetic looking western boots:

Just a quick question about picture five (from the top); what are all those marks to the left and to the right of the waist for? Are they used for shaping the bevelled waist?

Looks like "mink", what a lot of makers call their darkest brown suede.

Do they offer a catalog? I will be traveling to Milan in about 2 months and would like to stop by. What is the difference between the shop and the Laboratory?

Thanks
