I stopped by the Costa Mesa store after work.
The shell cordovan display and samples/models for the Trunk Show are gone. They traveled to the East Coast for tomorrow.
I was a bit sad bc im still considering a Bourbon something. Good thing i have lots of pics.
I believe any potential future sales will be negatively affected.
Sure, i agree that a huge percentage of sales have already happened and by people in the know; however, South Coast Plaza is a ritzy mall and walk-in customers probably have a fairly decent chance to buy. Seeing and touching the shell in person seals the deal.

I've honestly been feeling a bit blue this whole week. All that excitement up to the TS event and then it's all over so suddenly. I got a lot of time with a few people, but there were others I didn't get to talk to enough. I hope there is another one at the CC location in a year or two.

In regards to the samples, I'm not surprised. Those are probably very limited and it does save shell for us when they reduce samples.

It's a cool shoe, but I sold my pair once I also purchased the midnight navy. I found I never wore the blue suede after that. They are pretty rare though.
