I placed my order with A of C and had a sizing question. My normal shoe size is 9 1/2, for almost every shoe brand I try. I sent my payment information and everything to him. But once he got my foot tracing, which I faxed to him, he said the size 9s would be too big and does not want to ship me the 9s, presumably because it may result in a back and forth exchange of parcels. Understandable.

If someone else did not buy the only pair of size 12's, these would be at my house yesterday. If I had $600, these would be at my house yesterday.
if i had purchased my pair a few days earlier, they would be at my house yesterday.

Im glad I saw this thread because I was going to just buy some Alden boots and get my regular size (9.5D). Thats a pretty big discrepancy between 9.5 and 8.5. I wear 9.5D in everything from vans, chucks, purcells, asics, and even red wings. Im sure they know what they are doing but I would still get the 9's.
