Does Aime only sell off their website now or are their shipments to retailers just slow/delayed?




501s. Someone asked in the Nike thread.

ALD is exclusive to their website / Mulberry store since last season. Stores stopped getting ALD clothing in SS21. Only thing they'll get going forward is the shoes (Clarks, NBs, etc.).

Grabbed the double knees in white too. I don’t quite understand why ALD never do full body shots. Whether it’s the product pictures or the look book, it’s hard to get an idea for the calf fit when it comes to the pants. We’ll see.

What did you think of the fit? I quite like it, far better than any of the workwear brands fit on me.

I like them… I think. Girlfriend hates them.

I’ve been looking for baggier white/off white/cream colored pants for a while. These fit the bill better than others. The waist fits perfect and the leg is loose enough without being too much. Quality is excellent too (despite people knocking ALD quality recently).

I think my biggest issue is footwear with them. I think I’ll need a pair of Jordans or something to make them work better. What footwear are you wearing yours with?

imo they go with a lot of stuff, like NBs, jordans, dunks, wallabees, loafers etc

to my eye it seems like the queens crest hoodie is in that color this season, they usually do some uniform stuff in the same color as their printed hoodies so it's a good bet it'll make it into one of the uniform drops

agreed. Here's a pick with some Chuck 70s. Probably not the best combo as the shoe felt a little too narrow but it will go with everything norsefanboi mentioned

Interesting, do you have a source? I've read that a) they still use Roopa but with separate garments to their own specs or b) use a wholesaler which makes Redwood Classics. I can't say any of the alleged blank supplies seem to have the exact fit as ALD sweats, so there must be some degree of customization.

Not sure where you heard that, but it’s not true. They still use roopa for all their sweats. All of their items are made specifically to own their specifications.
