I’m trying to sell items and all you want to do is call a “scam” because some guy is upset with the PREVIOUS owner.

So because I got to the bottom of why over 300 items from both eBay and the websites weren’t delivered.
Everything has been refunded and now he’s out of pocket of thousands. While he is in another continent dealing with personal issues.

Me offering to buy items off him to sell them on is a scam?

Did I not make it clear early on? that the items weren’t picked up by the delivery company? If they weren’t picked up while he was away.
They must be still in the same place. Hence why I now have them.

no pick up = no shipping = no delivery.
