5232 + 50 = 5282

Guys with home set-ups - do you usually take a day off in between pull-up days? I realize I shouldn't do absurd numbers of pull-ups every day with no breaks, but it's tempting to just bang out a set every so often when I walk past or through the doorway where I hung the pull-up bar.

You should actually.

It is one of the best ways to increase your reps over time. Too bad I don't have one of those at home. Need to walk over to the park for my pull ups.

do you usually take a day off in between pull-up days?
not every day, usually after a streak of 4-5 days in a row depending on what else is going on in life
depends on how sore you are and what type of pull-ups you are doing
for harder variations I vary what I'm doing from day to day so that whatever is being targeted most besides the lats is different and accents what I'm doing with the rest of my exercise that session

how long does it take you to accomplish your 50? are they mixed in with other portions of your workout or do you do them in a row with rest in between?
+ 100 = 5490
+ 100 = 5590
