3. Good Borrelli vs. bad Borrelli.

4. Shopping for RTW at bespoke prices vs. shopping for RTW that no one would buy except as a post-season bargain.

5. The rights of the physically imperfect vs. expectations of the transformative power of clothing.

6. The superficial snark vs. the emotion of ownership.

7. Reason vs. passion.

I think I might script it for a straight to DVD production.

I'll take it.

I also try to give some weight to what I percieve to be the wearer's tastes and intent, rather than it being a personal reaction to what I like or dislike, or what I would wear or not. In other words, this is not the type of digest that might be created by someone who sees their personal taste encompassing the entire universe of what looks good.

How's that?

I just prefer to think of it as lots of fun.

Kudos for keeping going with it.

Great selection there. I think Will's is one of the more thought-provoking combos in this week's selection. Well, in terms of positive thoughts.

Voxsartoria's Weekly WAYWRN Subjective and Totally Unfair Digest for the week ending 05.22.2009:

Well, there was more positive material than I had thought. What made it a down week for me was that there was an effluence of really bad stuff as well...more so than usual...of the type that is not even entertaining enough to be included in the monthly LGW recap.

But on to what I liked:

I should follow this thread more closely. These are some of the best elements of style that I've seen in a while.

Great collection of photo's and it saves time browsing thru every thread.

haha! I made the cut again! yay!!!

EDIT: upon further contemplation I realized that my inclusion could merely be the result of a flatter bell curve
