Hi All, I am attending a Christmas midday lunch with drinks at an Ivy restaurant in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. There will be circa 80 people in attendance of all adult age and I would expect most male guests to be wearing a suit with shirt (open neck or with a tie) or at the very least a jacket...

Thanks for the response. It may well be the trousers are a birthday present (for myself!!) and due to covid restrictions I'd prefer not to go out if possible

Dear All, Hope you are all staying safe and well. Getting the collar on a shirt to 'sit up'

Friends, Now and again I wear shirts with an open collar and find that the collar can 'sit flat' on my shoulder blades which could be a bit 70's Travolta. I would appreciate thoughts on how to make a collar 'sit up' more. I think part of it is if the most 'done up' button could sometimes be...

Sorry guys, just to confirm, do we think that a navy suit, light pink shirt and light pink pocket square (very similar colour to the shirt) would look ok?

Clothing advice for Scotts of Mayfair

Cheers gents, I am thinking the pink shirt, sparkly multicoloured (with pink) cufflinks and matching pink pocket square (not 100% matching) would lighten the look a bit, especially being christmas and all.

Clothing advice for Scotts of Mayfair

Thanks Gents, I was going to go with a navy suit with a white shirt. When it comes to pocket square I will go for a puff look, but was thinking that I should perhaps use the pocket square to glitz up the occasion, it being christmas, or to go for something that matched the style of the restaurant.
