I'm not talking about pre-caring-about-style-days, just times when you tried something new, and you regretted it terribly the moment you stepped out the door.

My most uncomfortable was about a year ago, my ex-gf had bought me a vest which I hadn't worn because even back then it was pretty cliche. My client had invited me to her birthday party, and I couldn't figure out what to wear- I decided on jeans, a white v-neck and the vest. I felt marsupialed as hell the moment I stepped outside, but worst of all there was a guy (and not a stylish guy I might add) wearing the exact ******* same thing at the party. I felt completely marsupialed and uncomfortable wearing it there and left early. No more vests.

, then again I was around 16-17

I wore the ugliest sweater ever once to school. My two best friends suggested I take it of before I enter or I would be outcasted forever; it was that bad.

I have seen your clothes. this vest must have been clown level marsupialed. I am picturing a built in squirting flower and rainbow patch pockets.

No, it was a low gorge black vest- but it had lapels.

That BoO shirt that went down to my navel. The Uniqlo khakis that you could see my balls through.

Orange, blue green and white Adidas.

Basically these, but some of the colors were flipped.

One time I was under the influence of a potent chemical, looked down at them and remarked "these are hideous." Gave them to my little brother who wears them to this day.

I once went out in a dark green barbour jacket with seemingly brown twill pants. Inside my apartment the colors are very different between the two, but outdoors in natural light the colors looked the same.

I went through a polo over oxford phase for quite some time, occasionally i'd add ties. i felt they looked good at the time but in retrospect i looked like the nerdy that wasn't in then or ever.
