Not sure, but you realize that the different in length of the same model in a 10.5 & 11 is maybe 1/8"?
Measurements are worthless for determining fit.

firstly like rebel said, Barneys CJs are US sized
secondly, like rebel said, measurements are usually worthless
lastly, if anything, 12" is short for a size 10.5. not long. I wear 9.5D US and most of my shoes measure between 11 7/8 to 12 inches. not all of them though
