I am talking of the people that attend them. To me that is saying they are either incapable, or not open to dealing with people outside of their culture. I mean, isn't being open to things part of college?

Also, if some college posted demographic information and it showed all whites there they would be outrage and the people attending accused of racism

They're also not very good schools in general. Some of them are really bad, like 850 average SAT total.

I hear the marching band programs are excellent though.

You know, this post made me realize that MrsG and I are way too diligent about mitigating any inconvenience our son may create for others in these types of situations. I'm thinking we're passing up prime opportunities to get away with being complete a-holes.
I don't know about entirely child-free flights, but it has long surprised me that no one has "family" sections on their planes. I mean, we toss people off for having an enormous ass, but no one wants to help passengers be sure they're not sitting next to a screaming infant.

These particular parents were simply crass and inconsiderate, especially the guy. I tried to understand the situation with the baby, but to brush your teeth in public, and then walk up and down the aisle while doing so demonstrates that you are a complete moron.

I mean, these people's qualifications for their jobs is: a. speak fluently and clearly, and b. have enough brain matter to press "play".

Not just shape, there are different counters for different types of things as well and the counter may change depending on the actual number. Also the word for the number may change depending on the industry it is being used in.


For example,

1 animal ip-piki

2 animals ni-hiki

3 animals san-biki

4 animals yon-hiki

5 animals go-hiki

6 animals rop-piki

7 animals shichi-hiki (nana-hiki)

8 animals hap-piki

9 animals kyuu-hiki
