I had a great time at the CSE-2008. Met some styleforum members. Had a great educational seminar by John Green on suits.

Ron's shoes were excellent. He has some incredible shell colors (such as blue). Andy was a very gracious host, as was Alex Kabbaz (got my wife interested in some Zimmerli pajamas).

I'm going to try to make it an annual event for me.

I feel dumb.

I had CSE down for the end of March. Don't know how I got that impression.

Sounds like it was pretty cool.

Sorry for the relatively late post. I'm still in NYC staying w/ my brother and his wife.

The three of us went and had a great time. Learned a lot in conversations w/ John Green, Joelle Kelly, and Ron Rider at their displays, as well as w/ jcusey, shawndo, lee44106 and his wife. Nice to meet chorse123, KentWang, Manton, A. Kabbaz, and Andy of AAAC, and a couple others whose names, I'm embarrassed to say, I can't recall at the moment. Was hoping to see edmorel there to discuss hot Xn sex.

Ron's shell boots were 675 for the chukkas and 700 for the slightly higher ones, I believe. I remember those bec. I'm debating which of the two to get--leaning toward the chukka. Loved the green bowling-style shoe too. Great picts mack11211.

The foreground shoe reminds me of my bespoke Lattanzis.

Great with ritzier jeans.

'Unwearable' is a harsh descriptor, but it wouldn't be hyperbolous here.

That "sports sneaker" is actually shell cordovan in green, if I recall correctly. Quite neat.

Ed, I'll see your boots and raise you two pairs. Here are Martegani chelseas in color #6: and monkstraps in color #6 (Rider's picture of my shoes): and saddle shoes in whiskey and mahogany (again, Rider's pictures of my shoes): I'm also awaiting captoe lace-up boots in mahagony that I returned for modification. I really like Ron's unique shell colors. Wish I could have made it to the CSE. What are the chances of holding the next one outside the NYC area?
