You guys are all killing it as usual.

I picked up a really nice suede bomber made from a local sheepskin garment company, wasn't really happy with the original buttons (first picture) so replaced them with some more subtle wooden buttons.

Whoa. I missed a lot today. I was pretty proud of my finds until I just read the last two pages. I figured finding $8000 worth of NWT BB suits and SCs would win the day....but then Eddie had to do $10k. Geez.

PS I'm a huge Kingston Trio fan. They won the first Grammy for Best Country & Western Performance, in 1959, and Tom Dooley pulled country music out of the shitstorm it was facing from the onslaught of rock 'n' roll. I'd recommend Goin' Places, if it's there. Time to Think is a sentimental favourite too.

Even though the original is in mono, I really love Live from the Hungry i. Hate that never got the chance to see them live.

Picked up some Florsheim by Duckie Brown Ludgate boots for $50 ($450 retail, I think) and Allen Edmonds "Nathan" for $60 ($325 retail). The AEs were unworn. My two best finds this year.

One of my better sources is relocating, so they had half off everything today.

Alden tassel loafers, size 8A/C (don't understand Alden's markings). Pretty sure these are calf, but would be delighted to be proved wrong.

Pretty sure this is fake, they are trying to sell it for $399 at GW. The SA just brought it out from the back.
