Anyone know what the import duties on a pair of leather boots is? I was looking at the Harmonized Tariff schedule but it's so damn hard to figure that thing out.

i'd be curious too about this, i have heard custom fees as high as 20%

if you are promoting your own ebay auction, why dont you list the boots on SF and save yourself the ebay fees
