Wall Street is a good choice. Raiders is another, and of course ET. Back to the Future is not a great film but is very "80s." Die Hard. But for sheer "Eightiesness" my vote goes to Top Gun.
I would add as well Terms of Endearment, because is the rare non-blockbuster that made a shitload of money and also the rare critically acclaimed Oscar-winner that was widely popular.
