I hate high button stance, that is just deal breaker as single vent and slim lapel..

would it be a good assumption to make that the higher stance is better for business and the lower stance is better for causal?

BB, those pants seem very slim cut.
Do they totally pull when you sit down?

I'm planning on getting a tweed jacket from Bookster in the near future (I hope before it gets too warm, money depending). I've been going back and forth between the 2- and 3- button model. I like the idea of the 2, but something bugs me about the button stance. Here's a fit pic from another customer:

Is something off about the button stance? My first instinct is that the bottom button is too high, but I'm not sure. I do like the lapel roll, though. What do you think?

Actually, they fitted better when I bought'em some months ago. Now, some pounds after

I guess the reference for the bottom button must be the pants waist. But I'm not sure if it works this way, regarding a three button jacket.

I'd have liked both buttons a little lower but the stance in this picture is fine, really.

On a classically cut 2-button suit, the trouser waist should be in between the two buttons. The bottom 2 buttons on a 3-button jacket should be in the same place as on a 2-button jacket.

Hard to tell from the crappy picture, but yes, in all likelihood.
