Hey Everybody, Sorry, I was off yesterday and didn't get to post a picture of the different colors. I saw a few samples in previous posts but maybe this will help some of you make decisions on which colors to order. Two pictures attached. 1st picture: two browns next to navy and black 2nd picture: all the special colors

These special shell colors all look really great. Someone mentioned that the navy is perhaps too dark, but at least based on these pictures, it looks like a great shade of navy. I already own a pair of boots in navy shell and have way too many pairs of shoes in general, otherwise I'd really be tempted to order something in that navy shell.

Thought you guys might like to know we are doing a gifting event in-store today. For every $100 spent, you will receive a $20 gift card. That means on a regular shoe $385 + a pair of OTC socks $18.50 = $80 giftcard.

You can split it up into $20 stocking stuffers or just keep it all for yourself

I think it depends on when it gets rung up. The gift card event was yesterday and today, so pre-orders for the trunk show wouldn't qualify because we have to ring those out on the day of the event. But if you guys are interested in anything else, a couple extra gift cards are a great deal.

My townley's arrived and the right shoe has bowing issue but the left shoe is perfect....

It's really comfortable like one of the users just mentioned.

They are brown Allen Edmonds laces. They came with my fiancé navy eagle country and she wanted the black so we switched.

For those of you with many MTO makeups under your belt, your input is requested.
How does this sound for my trunk show order:

Strand SMU:
-Bottle Green Shell
-Tone on tone stitching
-No Medallion
-Independence Lining
-Regular Buff (or Chili) Welt
-Wheeled Edge
-Fudging
-Medium Brown (for natural) or Light Brown (for Chili) Transparent Edging
-Beaded Piping (is Bottle Green possible?)
-Double Leather Reinbach Sole with Combination Heel

My first independent make up.

That sounds good. Was thinking a Mora 2.0 in a the bottle green would be cool..

I'm not sure what the appeal of removing the strand's medallion is. I think the medallion is needed to balance the heavy broguing on the rest of the shoe, and removing it makes the show seem off-balance. Why not just go for a 5th avenue?

The park Ave in bottle green would look great. The simplicity of the shoe design balances the unusual color.
