sounds like it is. there's no reference so it's hard to call up customer service and tell them as it is.

its tough running a fledging clothing company on a part time basis but luckily my lunches are one hour long. earlier today, twas on the phone with customer service to help them sort out the bungled shell wallet offering. After 30 minutes on the phone, I was able to explain to Vicky that the images for items 19AF and 16AF are flopped. item 19AF is the billfold wallet but shows a breast wallet. Reversely, webpage for item 16AF shows the billfold wallet when it should be a breast wallet. If you are confused, as Vicky surely was, just take a look at the measurements of the item you are ordering.
Vicky said she would contact me in a couple of days with an update. She informed IT of the problem and the they are working to fix it.

Said I would get $50 credit back to my card

Technically BB still owes me like $5 for tax and additional shipping but I guess it saves the hassle of going to a store when I get out of school

Yeah called. Lady on phone said I got breast wallet and not billfold. I explained the situation and she said I needed to go into store. I said it's the same deal regardless as the system had an error. She asked for manager approval and I got the credit back. Apparently someone called earlier today as well with same situation

Long breast wallet is supposed to be $200. None of the items I got have the inner markings, just the logo

did anyone purchase the coin pocket wallet? can i have the measurements? is it the same size as the regular billfold wallet?

as for the inner "Oil Shell Cordovan. Handmade in Japan" marking, it seems that these wallets are the newer version and the marking is on the inside bill compartment. furthermore, from the web pics, the older wallet marking shows "Oil Shell Cordovan and French Leather?..." whereas the wallet I received only specifies that it is Oil Shell Cordovan.

So i still had most of the wallets in my cart from a while back, though their status are "not available", but I'm seeing some price drops

$70 for card case
$120 for bifolds
$160 for breast wallet

Maybe this would carry over the next time they have some restock, just an update.

Edit: Could one call Customer Service and ask for credit back if they havent charged your card from this drop?
