I wouldn’t count on anything that old being store for sale, plus why would you want it? It’s almost 30 years old and since then they have made a massive jump in construction. Jon.Originally Posted by imageWIS
Aside from things like the OysterQuartz, some people suggest that the older Rolex models were much better made than their modern counterparts. Indeed, the "Golden Age" (and most expensive era) of Rolex seems to be the '50s through the '60s.
