Aether Flatlands hoodie got here today.

Good medium-weight basic black hoodie, noticeably more substantial than the Uniqlo one I've been wearing by default this winter. Zipper appears to be pretty high quality and cool collar detail within the hood as well.

Thinking this is it for winter gear after this and the SNS Herning knit.

Pics for clicks:

im 6'1 and wish i could be 5'10

F'real? Don't get me wrong, it's frustratingly difficult to find decent l/s shirts with sleeves long enough, but I'm the same height and wouldn't give up a damn inch. Even though my house is old enough that it's designed for people who were probably 5'2", which adds all kinds of exciting challenges to daily life. Getting out of the shower without hitting my head, for example. Still haven't quite mastered that one.
If I were taller, damn the possibilities!!!!

Like, you could wear your pants even more cropped? :eh:

Where'd you find these, reedo?
I think I just found my answer in the sales thread if you bought at gilt. How so cheap?

Had like $50 in Gilt credits, been holding onto them for like a friggin' year. Thank god I finally found something I wanted from Gilt

I can never find anything I want from Gilt. And their shipping and return policies don't help the situation at all. Bought some navy mcnairy chukkas but haven't worn them since I have no idea what goes well with navy chukkas (I guess I'm style marsupialed...). May pick up a brown pair though as I could see myself wearing that every day.

re: height - IMO the best height for pulling off a variety of brands and looks would be 6'0". When you get much under average height (5ft9) you start having issues with stuff being too long, and around 6ft2 or taller you get the opposite problem
