True to size, cuts vary due to weird boxy silhouettes and funky construction so I wouldn't go up or down to try and make something look different than it's intended...just buy your regular size.

not a fan of that look. i was thinking more along the lines of lighter colored high trainers with shorter shorts (i.e. above the knee).
