SB do they have Ralph's in San Fran? If so do us both a favor and go try some Graeter's! Check the top of the lid to make sure it's firm and completely solid (if not it's evidence of heat shock) ... to make sure it's a good pint and not affected by the shipping. Report back when you have returned to earth!

it's pretty legit, I must say. Excellent flavor overall. I'm not so sure if the texture is as smooth as Talenti, but that may be a gelato vs. ice cream thing. Next time, I'm going to compare mint chocolate chip from both companies side by side.
