Those pictures weren't necessary :butbut: Anyway, button-front shirts will be better than pullovers. More specific recommendations require, for example, knowing more about the work environment.

Sorry, I dont mean to traumatize anyone. I just can't describe with accuracy what my chunky self looks like. I am here trying to get help with what might fit well on my shape. I was hoping we were all adults here and could understand that I am sensitive to how I look and how I want to portray myself. I know my fat ass needs to lose weight, and every time I try to exercise, I don't make it past the 1st session.. If I get more comments on the pics vs help, I will have the post deleted. Again, I am sorry all for trying to seek help. Nothing has ever fit me right.. the only thing that has come close is Levi jeans.

For your body type, it would help you get more tailored clothing that way the clothes fit just right, not too tight or too baggy.

Focus more on nutrition, self-care (especially sleep), staying active, etc. in enjoyable, healthy ways than weight loss itself. No need for self-loathing - things can get better.

Sorry for prior insensitivity. Regardless, the pictures don't help, because there is no one-size-fits-all-heavy-people style. Measurements would help.

Also, re the statement about button-front shirts, vertical stripes, checks, and other patterns (depending on what's permissible) would be more flattering than solids. Most people, of whatever shape, need some clothes tailored.
