Hi,

Does anyone know of anyone who does the 3 point stitching of buttons (crows claw) in Melbourne?. I have some Kiton shirts with buttons need sewing and would like to keep them uniform with the same stitching. I bought the shirts from Styleforum site, so can't go to Harolds.

Thanks.

Seriously? Basic sewing skills even armysmen have. It needs to be done by hand though. Pass the thread at least three times in each of the three holes and back in the the fourth (base of the footh) and then you wrap it few times undertge button to create a shank, closing it with a couple of knotting stiches. If you look closely at an existing one you should easily get the above
