MTM Suit Issue - Upper Chest

I recently had a MTM suit made. It is fully canvased, and the fabric is puckering as you can see below. Is this issue fixable? What is the cause? Thanks

Maybe it's this picture, but that looks horrible. It looks like it melted, and that looks too poor to fix.

The only thing I can suggest is to make sure it is properly pressed and if it is still puckering all over, you got yourself a lemon.

Dreadful but try having it pressed properly if it persists then you go back to the manufacturer (it is MTM and factory made) or else you do have a lemon. Arguably few will notice though.
