I dunno, I find it somehow comforting that, somewhere in London, a man is making ties out of legos.

you know all these kids say they are from some fanciful places in europe. How much do you want to bet that they are just in some **** bag town in the us or canada.

I think it's best not to be envious that that guy looks awesome. I know it's easy to get jealous that we don't have the balls or creativity to do that, but all that leads to is being unhappy and trolling the internets in a sad attempt to feel better about our AA + APC + Chucks fits.

Sometimes creativity takes you to the wrong places, if and when it does, it is easier to admit your failure. That outfit is a failure, sorry to tell you skunkworks (i'm speaking of the one I posted, not of the Sartorialist one, that kid is great!). I'm not trolling nor am I unhappy and the only thing I own from those three brands is a scarf from AA.

gravitas - FWIW I was referring to tigerForumla, not to you. The kid from Sartorialist looks great and he was who I was referring to. But yeah, that site will tend to bring out one-upsmanship and "hipster douchebag" comments, some or most of which are not too far from the truth.

The lego bowtie & Raf shoes guy looks terrible. It's like the Emperor's New Clothes, except I'd rather be naked than wear that.

I might be out of step here, but the reality is we will probably purchase a article of clothing in the next few years from someone who posts on there. Looking at their tittles (maybe some of them are false) but most seem to be in school for the business and have daddy's financial backing.
